- To take note of the resignation of Mr. G.D. Singla, Chief Financial Officer of the Company( It was proposed to 1. remove Mr. G.D. Singla from the post of CFO in the meeting held on 31.08.2018, but later on with mutual consent of the Board, the Company accepted the Resignation of Mr. G.D Singla w.e.f. 23.09.2018).
- To Assign the Trademark "SERVOTECH" from Mr. Raman Bhatia (Proprieter) to Servotech Power Systems Limited 2. ("Company")
