CORRIGENDUM

We write in furtherance to our letter dated 7[th] September, 2022 wherein the Company had submitted its Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 along with the Notice of the 18[th] Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 30[th] September, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. This is to inform you that the Company has inadvertently sent the Annual Report without the Consolidated Balance Sheet which was dispatched on 7[th] September, 2022 through email.

Accordingly, the Company is re-dispatching the Integrated Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the 18[th] AGM and other Statutory Reports for FY 2021-22 after incorporating the Consolidated Balance Sheet. The copy of the Annual Report is attached herewith and is also available on the website of the Company at www.servotech.in.
