Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 28 February – 4 March 2022

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 7 March 2022

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 28 February and 04 March 2022 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 7,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.024% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.9402 per share, for a total of Euro 14,551.82.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 28 February and 04 March 2022 are enclosed.
