Update of 2019 Calendar of Financial Events. Postponement of 2018 Draft Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements approval.

Servizi Italia S.p.A. is a company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and leading operator in the outsourcing of hospital services in Italy, Brazil, Turkey, India, Albania and Morocco. Because of an exceptional malfunction within the data center, which made part of the Group's accounting information system temporarily unavailable, the Company informs that today the Board of Directors has considered necessary to postpone the approval of 2018 Annual Financial Report within the broader deadlines set by law, in order to complete formalization, controls and preliminary compliance processes for the publication of 2018 Draft Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements. Moreover, the Board of Directors of the Company has also positively acknowledged the immediate activation of recovery and supplementary procedures, aimed at guaranteeing normal activities, as well as the already advanced status of operations for preparing the financial information as at 31 December 2018.

Thus, the Board of Directors has deliberated:

• to postpone the approval by the administrative body of the draft of 2018 Draft Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements, originally scheduled on 13 March 2019, to a date not later than 30 April 2019, in compliance with the terms set in art. 154-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/98 ("CFA");
• to postpone the Shareholders' Meeting, originally scheduled on 19 April 2019 (1st Call) and 23 April 2019 (2nd Call), to a date not later than 28 June 2019, availing itself of the broader 180-day term from the closing of the year, pursuant to art. 2364 2nd paragraph of the Italian Civil Code, as allowed by art. 11.3 of the Articles of Association.

Exact dates of Board meeting for the approval of 2018 Annual Financial Report and Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of 2018 Financial Statements will be disclosed in compliance with applicable law.
