Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 7 April 2020

With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Servizi Italia S.p.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company"), convened on 28 April 2020 in first call and, if necessary, on 29 April 2020 in second call, the following lists have been submitted for the appointment of the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company:

• List no. 1 submitted by the major shareholder Aurum S.p.A., owner of 17,601,424 shares equal to 55.3339% of the share capital of Servizi Italia S.p.A.

Candidates for the office of Statutory Auditors:

• 1. Gianfranco Milanesi
• 1. Benedetta Pinna
• 1. Simone Caprari

Candidates for the office of Acting Auditors:

• 1. Elena Iotti
• 1. Paolo Esposito
• List no. 2 submitted by the shareholder Mediolanum International Funds Limited, manager of Challenge Funds - Challenge Italian Equity and Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR S.p.A., manager of the fund Mediolanum Flessibile Futuro Italia, owners of a total of 811,00 shares equal to 2.5495% of the share capital of Servizi Italia S.p.A., who have attested the absence of any connection with the majority Shareholder.

Candidate for the office of Statutory Auditor:

Candidate for the office of Acting Auditor:

1. Davide Barbieri

• List no. 3 submitted by the shareholder Everest S.r.l., owner of 1,413,839 shares equal to 4.4447% of the share capital of Servizi Italia S.p.A., who have attested the absence of any connection with the majority Shareholder.

Candidate for the office of Statutory Auditor:

1. Antonino Girelli

The majority shareholder Aurum S.p.A. also presented the candidature of Giovanni Manti, Manager with strategic responsibilities of the Company, for the position of Director.
