The BoD of Servizi Italia appoints Andrea Gozzi as General Manager

Castellina di Soragna (PR) , Italy, 30 July 2020

We herewith inform that, upon proposal of the Executive Committee, as of today, Servizi Italia's Board of Directors has appointed Andrea Gozzi, former COO and Manager with strategic responsabilities, as General Manager of the Company. This is in view of the opportunity to achieve an even more adequate and efficient management of Company's activities, even from an operational, organisational and planning point of view, thus enhancing and strengthening his fruitful and constant collaboration with both the Executive Committee and the top management.

It should be noted that (i) the appointment, qualifiable as a transaction of minor importance with related parties, has been approved with the favourable opinions of the Control and Risk Committee (competent for transactions with related parties) and the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, (ii) Andrea Gozzi's curriculum vitae is available on Company's website, Corporate Governance section, and (iii) Mr. Gozzi, as of today, does not own shares of Servizi Italia.
