Serviceware SE adapts result forecast for 2018/ 2019
Serviceware SE (“Serviceware”, WKN A2G8X3) adapts its result forecast for fiscal 2018/ 2019 (up to 30 November). The underlying reason is a changed revenue mix during the 4 th quarter of the fiscal year during which more customers than expected have made use of SaaS offers of Serviceware instead of entering into licence agreements. As a result, Serviceware no longer assumes that during the full year the unadjusted EBIT can be moderately increased versus prior year. Serviceware rather anticipates for the full year now a moderately positive to moderately negative unadjusted EBIT. The EBIT adjusted for expenses under the programme for accelerated growth will be positive. The sales revenue forecast according to which the proceeds are to increase between 15 and 30 percent during the full year, remains unchanged.
