CLEANSING NOTICE

This notice is given by Service Stream Limited (“ Service Stream ”) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Service Stream issued today 20 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $2.00 each.

Service Stream has issued the shares without disclosure to investors under part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, Service Stream has complied with:

• (a) the provisions of chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Service Stream; and

• (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

Service Stream confirms that, as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information as described in sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
