As a result of the dilutive effect of 5,150,000 shares issued to SSM executives for performance rights and on market sales by Thorney Opportunities Ltd (TOP) and Thorney International Pty Ltd, TOP is required to lodge a notice of change of substantial holding.

Thorney Opportunities Ltd is the beneficial owner of 29,903,931 shares in Service Stream Limited, representing 8.19% of the voting power of SSM.

Thorney Opportunities Ltd and Thorney International Pty Ltd are deemed associates pursuant to the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).

The combined voting power of Thorney Opportunities Ltd (8.19%) and Thorney International Pty Ltd (18.73%) is 26.92%.
