31 Dec 2010 Interim Financial Result and 30 June 2011 Guidance

Service Stream (ASX: SSM) is currently completing its results for the half-year to 31 December 2010.

As a consequence of a stronger than anticipated operating performance towards the end of the period, the Company expects to report:

  • Revenue of $300.3m for the half-year, which is a 12.7% increase over the $266.4m reported for the prior corresponding period; and

  • EBITDA of $16.1m for the half-year, which is a 17.5% increase over the $13.7m underlying result for the prior corresponding period.

Confirmation of this outcome following review by the Company’s auditors, and further details on the Company’s performance for the period will be provided with the half-year results scheduled to be released on 24 February 2011.

Service Stream now expects to report EBITDA of $34.0m for the full-year to 30 June 2011 compared to the $27.0m underlying result for the prior corresponding period.
