SERVICE STREAM COMPLETES DESPATCH OF RETAIL OFFER BOOKLET
Leading essential network services company Service Stream Limited (ASX: SSM ) confirms that the retail entitlement offer booklet ( Retail Offer Booklet ) and personalised entitlement and acceptance forms regarding the retail component of the 1 for 3 accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ) of new shares in Service Stream, which was announced on Wednesday, 21 July 2021, were despatched to eligible retail shareholders today.
Retail Entitlement Offer
The retail component of the Entitlement Offer ( Retail Entitlement Offer ) opened today, Tuesday, 27 July 2021 and is expected to close at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 9 August 2021.
Eligible retail shareholders should carefully read the Retail Offer Booklet for further details about the Retail Entitlement Offer.
You should seek appropriate professional advice before making any investment decision. If you have any questions about the Retail Entitlement Offer, please contact the Service Stream Offer Information Line on 1300 850 505 (from within Australia) or +61 3 9415 4000 (from outside Australia) between 8.30am and 5.00pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday, before the Retail Entitlement Offer closes, which is expected to be at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 9 August 2021.
