Service Stream awarded wireless design & construction contract by Nokia
Leading essential network services company Service Stream Limited (ASX: SSM) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract by Nokia Solutions and Networks Australia Pty Ltd (Nokia) for the provision of wireless design & construction services.
The contract will see Service Stream partner with Nokia as a national provider of services associated with the design and construction of both upgrade and new wireless infrastructure programs across Australia.
Whilst the contract does not provide guaranteed volumes, Service Stream estimates that its revenue over the three-year term of the contract will be in the order of $70 - $90 million.
Service Stream’s Managing Director, Leigh Mackender, said “We welcome Nokia as an important new customer to Service Stream. This new contract consolidates Service Stream as the leading national provider of wireless telecommunication services in Australia, and provides important revenue diversity to the Mobile Communications business unit.”
