Service Stream enters into new Wireless Design and Construction Agreement with Vodafone Hutchison Australia
Leading essential network services company Service Stream Limited (ASX: SSM) is pleased to announce that it[i] has entered into a new agreement with Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) for the provision of wireless design and construction services. The contract has an initial term of two years with a two-year extension at VHA’s election.
The agreement, which replaces existing contractual arrangements, will see Service Stream continue to partner with VHA as a national provider of services associated with the design and construction of both upgrade and new wireless infrastructure programs across Australia. The agreement also incorporates an expansion of scope to include live network activities.
Whilst the agreement does not provide guaranteed volumes, Service Stream estimates the value of this agreement based on historical revenues to be in the order of $40-$60 million over the initial two-year term.
Service Stream’s Managing Director, Leigh Mackender, said “This new agreement with expanded scope to incorporate live network activities, deepens our ongoing relationship with VHA and solidifies Service Stream as a leading national provider of wireless telecommunication services.”
