Service Stream extends Wireless Design and Construction Agreement with Telstra
Leading essential network services company Service Stream Limited (ASX: SSM) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new contract with Telstra for the provision of design and construction services to Telstra’s wireless network. The contract has an initial term of three years to April 2018, with the option of a one-year extension.
The new contract replaces separate existing contractual arrangements for design services (otherwise known as site acquisition, environment and design services) which has just expired and for construction services which is scheduled to expire in March 2016. Whilst the new agreement does not provide guaranteed volumes, Service Stream’s revenue from the precedent contracts for these services has recently been in excess of $75 million per annum.
