Service Stream secures extension to the Queensland Government’s ClimateSmart Home Service program

Service Stream is pleased to announce it has recently secured an 18 month extension to its contract with Local Government Infrastructure Services (LGIS) to continue providing services as a part of the Queensland Government’s ClimateSmart Home Service program. The contract extension, with contract revenue up to $30m, is for an 18 month period from July 2011 to December 2012, providing an anticipated 150,000 in-home services during this time. The key service components provided by Service Stream for the ClimateSmart Home Service program include:

• Customer contact centre services.

• Infield energy and water saving assessments for households, including suggestions and recommendations for reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption.

• Providing energy efficient products including energy efficient light globes, water efficient showerheads and energy monitors as applicable.

Service Stream is pleased to extend its relationship with LGIS and looks forward to continuing services as a part of the already successful Queensland Government ClimateSmart Home Service program.
