Completion including Shortfall

The Company’s Renounceable Rights Issue of 86,600,209 shares has today been completed including subscription for the shortfall. Funds received from existing shareholders and the shortfall applications total $32,908,079.42 (before costs).

Issued capital of the Company following allotment

Following the allotment of 86,600,209 new shares, inclusive of the Shortfall shares of 8,347,378, the Company has 283,418,867 shares on issue.
