Appointment of additional Company Secretary
Leading essential network services company Service Stream Limited ( ASX: SSM ) wishes to advise the ASX of the appointment of Mr. Jamie O’Brien as an additional Company Secretary.
Mr. O’Brien joined Service Stream in April 2015 and is currently a Senior Legal Counsel in the Legal team. He has extensive experience as an in-house lawyer and a senior lawyer in Australian and overseas law firms and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts.
Mr. Chris Chapman, who has been operating as Company Secretary since 22 February 2019, continues in his role.
