Resignation of Company Secretary
The Board of Service Stream ( ASX: SSM ) today announces the resignation of Mrs. Vicki Letcher as Company Secretary, effective 29 July 2020. Mrs. Letcher was appointed as Company Secretary in 2013. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs. Letcher for her 10 years of service and for her valuable contribution to the Company and wish her well for the future.
Mr. Chris Chapman, who has been operating as additional Company Secretary since February 2019, is now sole Company Secretary.
