Replacement of Company Secretary
The Board of Service Stream (ASX:SSM) today announced the resignation of Ms Nicole Goding as additional Company Secretary, effective 22 February 2019. Ms Goding was appointed as additional Company Secretary in November 2016 when Mrs Vicki Letcher was on maternity leave. The Board thanked Ms Goding for her eight years of service to the Company and wished her well for her future career.
As a consequence of Ms Goding’s resignation, the Board has appointed Mr Chris Chapman as an additional Company Secretary, effective 22 February 2019. Mr Chapman was appointed General Counsel for the Service Stream Group in August 2015. He has significant in-house legal experience having held senior legal positions at the Grocon Group of Companies and Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd prior to joining Service Stream.
Mrs Letcher, who has been operating as Company Secretary for the past six years, continues in her role.
