Retirement of Service Stream CFO

Leading essential network services company Service Stream Limited (ASX:SSM) today announced that Chief Financial Officer, Bob Grant, will retire from the Company and working life at the end of the 2020 financial year.

In his time as CFO, Bob Grant has been responsible for leading the strong financial discipline which has been a fundamental component of the Company’s success in delivering consistent value to Service Stream’s Shareholders.

Managing Director, Leigh Mackender, said “Bob has been a fantastic asset to Service Stream over his nine-year career, making an outstanding contribution to the business.

Bob has kindly provided a substantial notice period in respect of his retirement plans, enabling the Company to undertake a thorough search process for a replacement and for there to be an orderly transition of responsibilities. We wish Bob and his family well in his retirement.”

Service Stream will commence a process to recruit a new CFO, and will make further announcements on the process in due course.
