Service Stream appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Essential network services company Service Stream Limited (ASX: SSM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Linda Kow as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Kow will join Service Stream in May 2020, replacing Mr. Bob Grant whose retirement was announced recently.

Ms. Kow has an extensive finance and commercial career and diverse background of experience across listed and privately-owned companies. Most recently, Ms. Kow was CFO of Costa Group Holdings Limited, a position she has held for the past seven years.

Service Stream Managing Director, Leigh Mackender, said “ We are delighted to have Linda join Service Stream as CFO. Linda brings a depth of experience, strong leadership skills and will be the right cultural fit for the Company .

As previously advised, Bob has provided a substantial notice period through to the end of the FY20 financial year, which will allow for an orderly transition of responsibilities to Linda.”

Ms. Kow is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University.
