Appointment of additional Company Secretary
The Board of Service Stream Limited (ASX:SSM) today announced that the Company Secretary, Vicki Letcher, will be on maternity leave with effect from 8 December 2016.
Ms Nicole Goding has been appointed as an additional Company Secretary effective immediately for the period of Mrs Letcher’s maternity leave. Nicole joined Service Stream in May 2010 and is currently the General Manager-Group Finance and Treasury. Nicole has extensive experience in senior finance roles in Australian listed companies. Nicole also holds a Bachelor of Economics (major in Accounting) and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
