Resignation of Co-Company Secretary
The Board of Service Stream (ASX:SSM) today announced the resignation of Ms Jessica Lyons as General Counsel and Co-Company Secretary, effective 1 October 2014. The Board thanked Jessica for her four years of service to the Company and wished her well for her future career.
Ms Vicki Letcher, who has been operating as Co-Company Secretary for the past two years, continues in her role and will now be the sole Company Secretary.
