Service Stream renews employment contract of Managing Director

The Board o f Service Stre a m Limited is pleased to a n nounce that t h e Company h as renewed t he employm e nt contract with the Managing Director, Mr Graeme Sumner. Mr Sumner’s initial employme n t agreement w as for a three year term and was due to expire on 4 January 2013.

The new em p loyment con t ract will take e ffect from 1 O ctober 2012 . It is an ong o ing contract, b ut may be terminated by either the Company or M r Sumner with 6 months’ n otice. Unde r the new con t ract, Mr Sum n er’s benefits comprise a Total Fixed R emuneration (TFR) of salary and super a nnuation totalling $804,71 3 pa (to be re v iewed annually), an annual Shor t Term Incenti v e of up to 50% of TFR ba s ed on perfor m ance agains t a range of fi n ancial and st r ategic goals set by t he Board, and a Long Ter m Incentive of up to 60% of TFR which is awarded each year (subje c t to the approval by s hareholders) via the issua n ce of perfor m ance rights w hich vest as s hares in the C ompany sub j ect to a three year v e sting period a nd the achie v ement of financial targets s et by the Bo a rd.

Commenting on the new employment a g reement, Ch a irman Mr Pe t er Dempsey s aid:
