Servcorp Limited (SRV) Change of Director’s Interest

Mr Taine Moufarrige, Executive Director, has notified SRV of a change of his interest in the Company.

The change of interest has arisen by reason of a Deed of Covenant made on 1 April 2004 between Sovori Pty Ltd (“Sovori”) and Spigoli Pty Ltd (“Spigoli”). Mr Moufarrige is a director of Spigoli. In this Deed Sovori has agreed with Spigoli to exercise its powers to transfer assign and set over to Spigoli one million eight hundred thousand (1,800,000) ordinary shares in Servcorp Limited. The shares will not transfer to Spigoli until a future date subsequent to certain events occurring.

Mr Moufarrige has advised the Company that he had previously sought legal advice on the disclosure of this interest and had been advised that the Deed of Covenant did not give rise to a relevant interest in shares in Servcorp, due to the future condition included in the Deed. Accordingly Mr Moufarrige did not notify the Company.

Subsequent legal advice received by Mr Moufarrige today has stated that Mr Moufarrige may have a relevant interest in the broadest sense. Mr Moufarrige, acting in good faith, has therefore notified the Company of this relevant interest on the basis of the new legal advice.

Details of the interest are disclosed on the following Appendix 3Y.
