JULIA KING, AM ANNOUNCES SHE WILL RETIRE AS A DIRECTOR OF SERVCORP

Servcorp Limited ABN 97 089 222 506 (SRV) announces that Mrs Julia King, AM has informed the Company that she intends to retire from the Board at the Company’s 2011 annual general meeting.

Servcorp’s Chairman, Mr Bruce Corlett, stated:

“My colleagues and I accept with regret Julia’s decision to retire from the Board. We will miss her, her experience and knowledge.

We are grateful for the very important contribution Julia has made to the Company as a member of the Board since its IPO in 1999.”
