Change in the total number of shares and votes in Serneke

As of 29 January 2021,the total number of shares in Serneke Group AB (publ) ("Serneke") amounts to 28,753,232 shares, divided into 5,210,000 shares of series A and 23,543,232 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Serneke as of 29 January 2021 amounts to 7,564,323.2.

The number of shares and votes in Serneke has increased as a result of the registration of 3,204,780 shares of series B subscribed for by the exercise of subscription rights and subscribed for without subscription rights in Sernekes rights issue.
