Anders Düring appointed CFO of Serneke Group AB

Serneke Group AB (publ) has appointed Anders Düring as its new CFO. He has many years of CFO experience from companies such as KappAhl, Volvo IT and Ballingslöv. Anders Düring will report to the CEO and will be a member of the Serneke management team.

"We now have an established and well-functioning finance department and, with Anders' valuable experience and insights from listed companies, we will be better prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow," says Ola Serneke, President and CEO.

"I look forward to joining Serneke as the Group now prepares its next big leap, bringing my experience from several industries, as well as relationships from the financial markets," says Anders Düring.

Anders Düring, born in 1965, has a master's degree from the School of Economics and Commercial Law at Gothenburg University and has been the CFO of KappAhl AB (publ) since 2013. He will join Serneke as CFO during the autumn - by January 2018 at the latest.
