Message :

NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Serko Limited (“SKO”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at pre market open this morning.

SKO has sought a trading halt to facilitate an orderly market for its shares while it is undertaking the bookbuild component of its capital raising from institutional and other eligible investors.

The trading halt will remain until the earlier of:

a) An announcement by SKO relating to the completion of the placement; or

b) The open of trading on 8 August 2018.
