Content:In view of the requirement of Article 62.8 of the Actof 29 July 2005 on Public Offering [...], considering that the shares ofSERINUS ENERGY plc ("Serinus" or the "Company") are listed on AIM in theUK, the Management of the Company informs that it has publishedinformation outside the Republic of Poland announcing the admission of728,788,669 Placing Shares and 59,148,183 Subscription Shares fortrading on AIM, following approval by shareholders of the resolution atthe Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2020.

The total number of Serinus shares in issue following admission of thePlacing Shares and the Subscription Shares will be 1,027,735,227.
