Content:In view of the requirement of Article 62.8 of the Actof 29 July 2005 on Public Offering [...], considering that the shares ofSERINUS ENERGY plc ("Serinus" or the "Company") are listed on AIM in theUK, and referring to current report No. 8/2019 of 20 March 2019, theManagement of the Company informs that it has published informationoutside the Republic of Poland announcing that 8,897 share purchasewarrants have been exercised at an exercise price of 10.5p for grossproceeds of £934 to the Company.

Accordingly, the Company has issued 8,897 Ordinary Shares (the "NewShares"). Application has been made to admit the New Shares to tradingon AIM. Admission is expected to become effective 29 August 2019 and theNew Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company'sexisting Ordinary Shares in issues.

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules ("DTRs"), the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany following Admission will consist of 238,881,285 Ordinary Shareswith voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary Share). There are noOrdinary Shares held in treasury. This total voting rights figure may beused by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by whichthey will determine whether they are required to notify their interestsin, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
