Thereporting threshold was crossed/reached on 10 May 2024 as indicated inthe notification. Xtellus Capital Partners INC held, before the changeof the share, 11,230,000 votes in Serinus, representing 10.01% of thetotal vote in Serinus (WSE current report No. 5/2024).Full chainof controlled undertakings through which above mentioned voting rightsare effectively held includes: Xtellus Partners LLC and Xtellus CapitalPartners INC.The attachment to this current report contains thetext of the original notification in English, which has been filed bythe Company in the UK and will also be available on the Company'swebsite: www.serinusenergy.com
