Content:The Management of SERINUS ENERGY plc ("Serinus" orthe "Company") informs that on 12 January 2022 it received anotification of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development("EBRD") (London, UK), given under the AIM regulations, of exceeding ofthe threshold of 10% in the total vote in the Company. The change of theshare results from transaction in own shares which was carried out bySerinus on 10 January 2022 (WSE current report No. 1/2022) and isrelated to the fact, that treasury shares are not counted in the totalvoting shares for the issuer per shareholding disclosure rules forAIM-listed companies.

According to the notification 112,925,402 shares of the Company held bythe EBRD entitle this shareholder, after above mentioned Serinustransaction in own shares, to exercise 10.04% voting rights of the totalvote in the Company. According to previous notification (WSE currentreport No. 46/2020 as of 21 December 2020) the EBRD held 112,925,402shares of the Company representing 9.9% of the total vote in the Company.
