According to the notification the Quercus Towarzystwo FunduszyInwestycyjnych S.A. currently holds 66,434,258 shares of the Company,representing 5.82% of the total vote.
The Company reminds that it provided in current report No. 45/2020 ofDecember 21st 2020 information concerning obtaining by QuercusTowarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. of 6.42% in the total vote inin Serinus Energy plc.
