According to the notification the Quercus Towarzystwo FunduszyInwestycyjnych S.A. currently holds 71,730,366 shares of the Company,representing 6.29% % of the total vote.

The Company reminds that it provided in current report No. 1/2021ofJanuary 5th, 2021 information concerning obtaining by QuercusTowarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. of 5.82% in the total vote inin Serinus Energy plc.
