Content:In view of the requirement of Article 62(8) of theAct of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing theIntroduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and onPublic Companies, considering that the shares of Serinus Energy plc (the"Company") are listed on AIM in the UK, the Management of the Companyannounces that outside the Republic of Poland it has publishedinformation that on April 23, 2021 it received a notification fromKulczyk Investments S.A., given under the AIM regulations, of the changein its share of the total number of votes in the Company.

According to the notification Kulczyk Investments S.A. currently doesnot hold shares in the Company and is not entitled to exercise votes inthe Company. The change resulted from the disposal of shares by KulczykInvestments S.A. on April 22, 2021.

The Company reminds that the previous information about the share heldby Kulczyk Investment S.A. in the total number of votes in the Company,was provided by the Company in the current report No. 50/2020 ofDecember 23, 2020, based on the notification prepared in line with AIMregulations. In accordance with the said information Kulczyk InvestmentsS.A. held 90,984,765 shares authorising it to exercise 7.98% in thetotal number of votes in the Company.
