According to the notification the Hadron Capital LLP currently holds42,406,367 shares of the Company, representing 3.72% % of the total vote.

The Company reminds that it provided in current report No.30/2021 ofJuly 21, 2021 information concerning obtaining by Hadron Capital LLP of4.73% in the total vote in Serinus Energy plc.
