Content:According to Article 70(1) of the Act on PublicOffering [...] the Management of SERINUS ENERGY plc ("Company" or"Serinus") informs that on February 14, 2020 it received thenotification provided by Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. (Vancouver,Canada) and prepared under AIM regulations (UK), informing about adecrease of the share in the total vote in the Company below thethreshold of 10% which took place on February 12, 2020 .

According to the notification the Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. currentlyholds 23,577,485 shares of the Company, representing 9.87% of the totalvote. Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. held, before the change of the share,25,427,485 shares of the Issuer, representing 10.64% of the total voteof the Company.

The Company reminds that it provided in current report No. 11/2019 ofApril 1, 2019 information concerning obtaining by Canaccord GenuityGroup Inc. of 10.64% in the total vote in in Serinus.
