Content:In view of the requirement of Article 62.8 of the Actof 29 July 2005 on Public Offering [...], considering that the shares ofSERINUS ENERGY plc ("Company" or "Serinus") are listed on AIM in the UK,the Management of the Company announces that it has publishedinformation outside the Republic of Poland that on December 21st 2020 itreceived a notification of Mr. Richard Sneller, given under the AIMregulations, of change in the share of the total vote in the Company,which took place on December 21st 2020.

The change of the share of the total vote is related to an increase inthe total number of Company shares following admission of EBRD shares totrading on December 21st, 2020 (WSE current report No. 41/2020). Beforethe change, Mr. Richard Sneller held 128,500,000 Serinus shares,representing 12.5% of the total vote in the Company. According to thenotification, Mr. Richard Sneller currently holds 128,500,000 Companyshares, representing 11.3% of the total vote in the Company.
