Content:In view of the requirement of Article 62.8 of the Actof 29 July 2005 on Public Offering [...], considering that the shares ofSERINUS ENERGY plc ("Company" or "Serinus") are listed on AIM in the UK,the Management of the Company announces that it has publishedinformation outside the Republic of Poland that it received anotification of Kulczyk Investments S.A., given under the AIMregulations, of change in the share of total voting rights in theCompany.

The change in the share is related to an increase in the total number ofCompany shares following admission of EBRD shares to trading on December21st, 2020 (WSE current report No. 41/2020). Prior to the change,Kulczyk Investments S.A. held 90,984,765 Serinus shares, representing8.85% of total voting rights in the Company. According to thenotification, Kulczyk Investments S.A. currently holds sharesrepresenting 7.98% of total voting rights in the Company.Thenumber of shares and subscription warrants hold by Kulczyk InvestmentsS.A. has not changed compared with the holding disclosed in WSE currentreport No. 49/2020.
