Content:In view of the requirement of Article 62.8 of the Actof 29 July 2005 on Public Offering [...], considering that the shares ofSERINUS ENERGY plc ("Company") are listed on AIM in the UK, theManagement of the Company informs that it has published informationoutside the Republic of Poland that on May 7, 2019 it receivednotification from James Caird Investments Ltd. having its registeredoffice in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands regarding a change of its sharein the total vote of the Company and prepared under AIM regulations (UK).

According to the notification the James Caird Investments Ltd. currentlyholds 18,851,608 shares of the Company, representing 7.89% of the totalvote. Moreover James Caird Investments Ltd. holds warrants, representing153,314 of voting rights (0.064% of the total vote) that may be acquiredif the warrants are exercised.

The Company reminds that it provided in current report No. 9/2019 ofMarch 25, 2019 information concerning obtaining by James CairdInvestments Ltd. of 8.91% in the total vote in in Serinus Energy plc.Moreover
