Content:The Management of SERINUS ENERGY plc ("Company")provides in attachment two notifications prepared and reported in the UKunder AIM regulations concerning exceeding of the threshold of 5% in thetotal vote in the Company.

First of the notifications, informing about holding of 13,109,117 sharesof the Company, authorizing to exercise 6.03 percent of the total vote,was provided by City Financial Investment Company Ltd. (London, UK) onbehalf of BNY Mellon Trust and Depositary (London, UK). Secondnotification informs that Aurora Nominees Ltd. (London, UK) holds11,266,084 shares of the Company, authorizing to exercise 5.18 percentof the total vote and it was provided by Pala Assets Holdings Ltd. (St.Helier, Jersey).
