Content:The Management of SERINUS ENERGY plc (“Company” or“Serinus”) announces that Mr. Dawid Jakubowicz has resigned from theBoard of Directors effective immediately. Additionally the Company hasbeen informed that Ms. Eleanor Barker has announced that she does notintend to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors atthe Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors have appointed Ms.Natalie Fortescue and Mr. Jon Kempster to the Board of Directors andthey will stand for election at the Company’s next Annual GeneralMeeting on 13 May 2021.

Ms. Fortescue has extensive capital markets and investor relationsexperience, including in the international oil and gas sector. She hasspent over 20 years working in and advising companies on corporatefinance transactions, fundraisings, strategy, debt refinancing andrestructurings, investor relations and the impact of corporatetransactions on stakeholders. After qualifying as a CharteredAccountant, Natalie had a long investment banking career at bothInvestec Investment Bank and Oriel Securities Limited. On leaving theCity Natalie joined Genel Energy PLC to establish and lead an InvestorRelations function and in recent years has worked with Premier Oil Plcon a number of capital markets transactions and debt refinancings,including the recent merger with Chrysaor Energy Limited. Natalie has anundergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University.

Mr. Kempster has held CFO board positions at Delta plc, Fii Group plc,Frasers Group plc, Linden plc, Low & Bonar plc, Utilitywise plc andWincanton plc. Jon was recently appointed as a Non-Executive Directorand Audit Committee Chair of Bonhill Group plc and is a Non-ExecutiveDirector and Audit Committee Chair at Redcentric plc and Ted Baker plc.Jon is currently an Interim CFO at FireAngel Safety Technology plc and aTrustee of the Delta plc pension scheme. Jon qualified as a CharteredAccountant with Price Waterhouse in 1990 and has a BA (Hons) in BusinessStudies from the University of Liverpool.

The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to both Dawid and Eleanorfor service to the Company as members of the Board and welcomes Natalieand Jon in their roles as Non-Executive Directors on the Board.

Activities performed by Ms. Natalie Fortescue and Mr. Jon Kempsteroutside the Company are not competitive towards activities pursuedwithin the Company. Ms. Natalie Fortescue and Mr. Jon Kempster areneither a shareholder in a competitive partnership nor a member of thebody of a company or any other competitive legal person. Ms. NatalieFortescue and Mr. Jon Kempster have not been entered into the Registerof Insolvent Debtors (Rejestr Dłużników Niewypłacalnych) in Polandpursuant to the Polish National Court Register Act.
