Content:The Management of SERINUS ENERGY plc (the "Company")hereby informs about decision of Mr. Evgenij Iorich, holding thefunction of Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, that hewill not be standing for re-appointment for a new term of office.
His replacement is expected to be appointed shortly after the AnnualGeneral Meeting to fill the vacancy on the board and also committees onwhich Mr Iorich has served, namely the Audit Committee, NominationsCommittee and Remuneration Committee.
