Content:The Management of SERINUS ENERGY plc (the "Company")announces that on 2 September 2019 Ms. Tracy Heck, Chief FinancialOfficer and Director of the Company, has tendered her resignation forpersonal reasons. She will remain with the Company until October 31,2019 to assist with the Company's transition to a new Chief FinancialOfficer. The search for a new Chief Financial Officer has been initiatedby the Company.
The Board of Directors and Senior Management profoundly thank Tracy forher tremendous contributions and leadership to the Company over the pastseven years and wish her every success in her future endeavours.
