Content:In view of the requirement of Article 62.8 of the Actof 29 July 2005 on Public Offering [...], considering that the shares ofSERINUS ENERGY plc ("Company") is listed on the AIM in UK,the Management of the Company informs that it has filed outside theRepublic of Poland a revised 2017 Annual Information Form as of 31December 2017, in compliance with a directive of Canadian SecurityRegulators to the Company. This revised AIF (the "Revised AIF") includesrequired annual disclosure required by Form 51-102F6 - Statement ofExecutive Compensation (Appendix "D") and Form 58-101F1 - CorporateGovernance Disclosure (Appendix "E") not included in the Company'soriginal AIF, filed on SEDAR on March 29, 2018 (the "Original AIF") anddisclosed in the current report No. 16/2018 on March 29, 2018 (WarsawStock Exchange).

With the Company having completed the continuation to Jersey, it hasbecome a Foreign Issuer as defined in Canadian Securities regulationsand will no longer be required to file Annual Information Forms.

The attachment to this current report contains the Revised AIF and itsPolish translation along with text of the original news release inEnglish, which has been filed by the Company in UK and will also beavailable on www.serinusenergy.com.
