London, 30 May 2023 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ), announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 has today been published, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") and the Company's latest Environmental, Social & Governance ("ESG") Report.

The AGM is to be held on Thursday, 29 June 2023 at 12:00p.m. at the offices of Peel Hunt LLP, 100 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 2AT.
