UPDATE TO SUBSCRIPTION OF NEW SHARES BY UFCT TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED

The Board of Directors (the "Board" or the "Directors") of Serial Achieva Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 11 March 2026 in relation to the subscription agreement entered into with UFCT Technology Co., Limited (the "Subscriber") for the issuance of 21,004,873 new ordinary shares (the "Proposed Subscription") and the announcement dated 17 April 2026 in relation to the extension of long stop date to 30 May 2026 (the "Previous Announcements").

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Previous Announcements.

The Board would like to update that the Company and the Subscriber have agreed to further extend the long-stop date to fulfil the Conditions Precedent from 30 May 2026 to 30 June 2026.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing or trading in the Shares as there is no certainty or assurance that the Proposed Subscription will be completed or that no changes will be made to the terms thereof.
