Serco Group plc ('Serco' or 'the Company'), the international service company, announces that Mike Clasper, Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Director of Serco, ceased to be a member of Serco's Remuneration Committee with effect from 4 December 2017. The membership of the Remuneration Committee as at 4 December 2017 is set out below:
