The Company announces that it has today posted the 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting ('2020 Notice of AGM') to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications. The 2020 Notice of AGM can also be downloaded from the Company's website, www.serco.com/agm2020.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 14 May 2020 at the offices of Clifford Chance, 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JJ.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the 2020 Notice of AGM will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will, in due course, be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
